Transportation is one of the first topics to spring to mind when talking about climate change and peak oil. Most of us have cars; some have more than one. Our lives are built around the need to get from A to B and to get things we need from the point of production to us.

There is much we could do to reduce our need for transportation and to make the transportation that we require more efficient.
